SH Wallet
Request deletion of your SH Wallet account and data. SH Wallet is developed by Sakib Hasan.
Other ways to delete your account
- In the app: open SH Wallet, tap the settings icon (top right), scroll to Delete account, enter your password and tap Delete my account twice to confirm.
- By email: use the contact details in our Privacy Policy from the email address on your account and ask for deletion. We delete it within 7 days. Use this if you forgot your password.
What is deleted
- Your account details: name, email address and password
- All transactions (income and expenses), including notes and payment methods
- Your dues and debts ledger: people, phone numbers and history
- All budgets and savings goals
- Your settings (theme and number format)
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing is kept in the app's database after deletion.
- Records of failed login attempts (IP address and email) are removed automatically within 24 hours.
- Backups made by our hosting provider are overwritten within 30 days.
Delete data but keep your account
To remove all your records but keep your login, open the app and go to Settings → Erase all my data.
